What I believe

I believe self-care should feel like a little bit of breathing space, not another thing on your to-do list.

I'm Kelly, the face behind Embrace & Glow. I'm passionate about helping women feel good in themselves, especially during those times when life, hormones and everything in between seem to take over.

My approach is simple: a warm welcome, a little compassion, a lot of care and absolutely no judgement. Whether you're here for a relaxing massage, some much-needed time out or a facial to give your skin a little extra love, I want you to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and more like yourself.

Embrace & Glow is my little corner of the world where you can put yourself first, even if it's just for an hour.

And because I'm a firm believer that laughter is good for the soul, expect a bit of humour, plenty of honesty and the occasional mention of coffee.
